At Eve’s Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns
-Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
-Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
-For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on: bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, or sale/clearance items.
-To start a return, please email us at eves.fashion1217@gmail.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
-Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
-Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
-Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include photos so we can assist quickly.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or is due to our error.
